'사이언스(Science)' 표지 [by KISH]

 

 

 

레바논 전쟁 때 KISH가 찍은 사진이 과학저널 '사이언스(Science)'지 표지로 실렸습니다.

 

예전에 황우석 교수 논문이 표지에 나갔을 때 우리나라 뉴스에 날 정도로 표지 장식하기 어려운 저널인데,

 

논문이 아니라 사진으로라도 표지에 선정되어보네요..

We are all too familiar with human conflict, such as this bombing on 1...3 August 2006 in Beirut, Lebanon, by the Israel Defense Forces. In the special section on Human Conflict, we examine the origins of conflict, trace its path through history, and consider its modern manifestations. We also analyze our innate ability to foster peace and look at societies that eschew war. This cover was chosen for visual imagery and not for any political message or endorsement.
